Step 1: Lay out the 3 J-stiffeners in place in notches of the frames and bulkheads. Step 2: Cleco the Aft Top Skin to the J-Stiffeners and back rivet them. Cleco the rest of the Aft Top Skin in place and rivet to the frames. Lastly, rivet the Aft Top Skin to the left and right Side Skins.
