Brief Description: Rivet and Install Aft Deck Hardware
Step 1: Rivet F-1011B Stop / Doubler to Aft Deck. Step 2: Bolt F-1011D Attachment Bar Support Angle to Stop / Doubler and Match-Drill two holes with #30 drill and Final Drill with #12. I used 12 inch long #30 and #12 which worked well. Deburred the holes, reinstalled and riveted the angle, stop / doubler, and aft deck per the plans. Bucked the rivets with a long 1/8 in rivet set that I got today which worked well. Step 3: Installed the hardware per the plans. I do not have an eye bolt tie-down yet. Marked to remind me to do later. Torqued all AN3 bolts to 30 in-lbs and installed touque seal.
