Brief Description: Dimple Side Skins, C-Sink Longerons & Static Ports
Step 1: Finished countersink of Longerons. Set depth to provide approximately .006 in deeper than a normal flush countersink depth. Step 3: Finish dimpling of Side Skins. Becky supported the ends as I worked on dimpling the curved surfaces.
Countersink of the Static Port Fittings. Broke another Single-Flute Countersink bit trying on this uneven surface so did it with a 100 deg deburring tool. Deburring tool left some chatter marks which I removed by turning deburring tool backwards which worked fairly well to smooth up the cut surfaces.
