- Trim Tabs were assembled with clekos. - The trailing edge bend was completed using an adjustable hand seamer (Brown Tool BAT-HS01). The edge was gradually brought to final shape using multiple passes back and forth using the hand seamer. This seamer allowed adjustment such that a consistent squeeze could be applied throughout the length of the Trim Tab. Was careful not to over form the Trim Tab such that a concave effect resulted in the Trim Skin. - Glued foam Trim Tab Ribs into position and reassembled Tabs. - Clamped and fitted trim tab hinge. - Rivet Trim Tab Skin - Match drilled the Trim Tab Hinge with Elevator - Rivet hinge halves to elevator. - Assemble and fit check hinges.
