- Joined the Skins. Note: tank sealant not used to seal trailing edge.

The Trailing edges were back riveted when clamped in place on a flat iron plate (from old printing press). Trailing edge rivets were partially back riveted in a random pattern to ensure an even pull-down using flush rivet set perpendicular to the rivet. The final rivet set was perform similarly except the flush rivet set was held perpendicular to the outer skin, being careful to not over do it such that buckling between rivets occured. This procedure resulted in an near perfectly straight trailing edge that was smoothly closed without the use of tank sealant.

- Mount counterbalance weight and finish bending skins.
