22-4:
Step 2: Guess what. Forgot to match drill R-Flap Skeleton. So, disassemble full structure, match drill, reassemble (now I have Cleco hands sydrome).
22-5:
Step2,3,4,5: After reassembly, Final-Drilled #40 holes per the plans as with the left. Hinge brackets aligned better and drilled much easier. Machine countersunk TE wedges as with the left flap and put them away so as not to bend them. Next step is to finish deburring and dimpling. Then cleanup and prime.

TE wedges neede some deburring if you look closely. This is something I did not catch w/ ailerons.

I managed to c-sink the correct side of flange after a long day (mowed hangar lot early this morning).
