Brief Description:  L and R Aileron TE Countersink

21-5:
Step 2: Countersunk L and R Trailing Edge wedges using caged c-sink tool. I'm using the Cleavland Single Flute Countersink Cutters which do an exceptional job over others I've tried. Problem is that they are fragile if your not careful and will tend to break. At $18/ea that can get costly so I try to be extra careful but that sometimes is still not good enough. So I broke three today doing the TE wedges. The technique is so important to get the C-sink cage flat and stable on the wedge then correctly aligned with the hole and the drilled hole in the table. Sometimes somthing gets out of whack and it breaks. I spend some time on scraps to get as close to what I though would work then tackled the two strips. Finally, by the last side of the second TE wedge I got it down. Only cost me $36 to get it right.
