18-5: I used the Rick Galati method of prosealing the tanks which means use sealant and cleco together waiting to rivet parts until1 to 2 days later when the proseal is tacky dry. http://www.vansairforce.com/community/showthread.php?t=7602&highlight=proseal When I say "Proseal" I mean Flamemaster Sealing Compount CS-3204 B-2 which is a two-part polysulfide integral fuel tank sealant provided by Van's similar to the brand name by PRC Desoto "Proseal" 890 Class B-2 tank sealant. Step 7: Prosealed Fuel Flanges and Anti-Rotation Plates to T-1003B-L and R then Cleco together. Step 6: Prosealed small plates x6 for left and right fuel tank end rib assemblies to cover formblock holes. Step 8: Prosealed Left Tank T-1011 Stiffeners, VA-112 Drain Flange and T-406B Fuel Cap Flange and clecoed together.
