Brief Description:  Deburring, C-sink, and Dimple Tank Parts

18-4:
Step 8: C-sink Fuel Cap flanges and debur. I adjusted the countersink to accomodate the added depth of the Tank Dimple Die. Cleveland reports this to be 0.009 in additional depth. Used Cleavland Sub Structure Die for Ribs, etc to obtain a good fit between skin (Tank die) and underlying tank structure. The SS Die is reported to be 0.011 in additional depth. These are supposed to allow sufficient tank sealant between rivet, skin, and substructure enough to enable and maintain a good seal. We'll see how it works out.

C-sinked the T-1003B-L/R aft inboard Tank Rib fuel level sender plate for NAS 1097 AD3-3 rivets vs the 426AD3-3.5. Scotchbrite and debur, dimpled flanges with Cleveland SS die.

C-sink T-1005-L/R Attach Bracket for Tank dimples, deburred and scotchbrited Tank sealant rivet lines.
