Brief Description: Rivet Flap Hinges and Torque Tube Assy
14-3: Step 5: Rivet all Flap Hinge Brackets to associated Wing Ribs. Step 6: Rivet the Flange Bearings and Torque Tube Support Brackets, Angle, and Spacers together prior to assembly to Rib. Used AN470AD4-5.5 instead of the AN470AD4-5 was indicated. Used AN470AD4-6.5 instead of the AN470AD4-6 was indicated when riveting the W-1029C angles. Used pneumatic squeezer for these rivets. Step 8: Riveted the inside Flap Hing Ribs to the associated Torque Tube Support Bracket assemblies. I used traditional rivet gun and tungsten bucking bar for these rivets.
