14-3: Steps 5, 6, 7, 8 (partial): Cleco the Flap Hinge Rib, Bracket to L and R Wing Ribs. Cleco Torque Tuebe Support Bracket assembly together and fit to L and R Wing Ribs.

Assembled prior to riveting.
