Brief Description: Final Drill, Prime, Re-cleco Spar Web Extentions
13-2: Step 1: Final-Drill spar splice plates to spar assembly. Used #30 reemer and Dewalt hand drill. Step 2: Check previous Sharpie markings for accuracy. Step 3: Un-clecoed Sopar Splice Plates, scuffed, deburred holes, cleaned (hand washed using dawn detergent), dried, primed Desoto PPG two-part primer (That's it, I've had it with the cheap paint gun from Harbor Freight. I know others say you don't need a decent gun to spray primer but this gun is rediculous. It's probably part me but I think I'll get a better gun for next primer work). Step 4: Re-clecoed L&R Spar Splice Plates to Main Spar. Will let primer harden some before riveting.
Note: spent a lot of time trying to get the gun to work well.
