Brief Description:  My Granddaughters checking out the aircraft

In photo 1 my granddaughter Ashley (a Junior at UF), accidently pushes down on the baggage locker and heard a loud "POP" as it buckled (I guess I need to add one more stiffener to the center). I caught her expression just as she heard it. The picture was worth it! In photo 2 my granddaughter Katie (age 15 and the next pilot in our family) and Ashey check out the seating arrangements while photo 3 shows how the plane feels with the canopy closed. When I opened the canopy they both said it felt very comfortable with the canopy closed. Before the end of the year, Katie will start to take lesons so she can go on trips with me and act as back-up pilot. It's really worth the effort. First flight will be in January sometime and Gus Warren will be the pilot for that first flight.
