Brief Description: Set flush rivets, cut Gear Channel, seat panel
After setting flush rivets, I cut the gear channel but instead of starting on the top flange, I started at the far aft flange. This caused about 1.5mm more material to be cut than shown in the plans. In my view, it is insignificant as the width of the channel was slightly too large anyway and would have needed to be trimmed from the width it was.Used my tight fitting drill to drill the #40 holes from the underside into the rear seat panel. It worked like a charm. I did not have to stand on my head once!Drilled through all holes as A5.
