I pulled both ailerons to be able to rivet the aileron stops. You would think this would be a quick process. With the ailerons off I was able to check the torque attachment bolts. Some were not torqued and I found one incorrect washer stackup. End of the process was ailerons back on the wings and the stops riveted in place. I double checked the limits of the ailerons with the stops in place. No change.
