Images 1 and 2: The AntiSplat Oil/Air Seperator kit came with a braided steel oil return line which was just a tad too short to reach around the engine oil filter. I fabricated a tube extended out of 1/4" aluminum tube that reached over the fuel filter and routed the return hose clear of all objects. I didn't want to make this tube too long: Shorter tubes resist vibration better.
Image 3: The AntiSplat Oil/Air Seperator kit featured a one-way air valve that I attached to an exhaust pipe with a saddle clamp/hose clamp assembly. The blue silicon breather hose connects to this one-way valve, and the valve pipe's end is cut at an angle facing downstream which will facilitate a venturi suction effect.l This will draw oil mist to vent into the hot exhaust and burn off, while preventing exhaust from flowing backward into the Oil/Air Seperator.
