I spent a lot of time fitting the airbox. When I first installed it on the engine, I noticed that the 2 pruge tubes at the bottom where touching the engine mount. It seems that Rotax changed the position of the drainage lines, thats why it was touching the engine mount. I decided to order longer connecting tubes to positionned the airbox about 2 inches back. It work well except for the drip trays that I had to move forward.
After all that work I was not satisfied with the result. I then change the connecting tubes by 2 tubes with a 30 degre angle and I built special spacers to bring the 2 drip trays right under the carbs. Now, I'm happy with it.
