finalized the installation of the rudder horn. Begin the left elevator. Worked on the spar.....cut B29 and D76 then drilled. Install MM4 nut plates. Positionned, drilled and clecoed the ribs in place. Note that there is no more PE-107, the skin hold everything in place. Those little edges parts have been removed on the rudder frame and the H-stab too apparently to reduce weight. Construction is faster too.
