I started the day working on the ineroir panels on the right side. I finished putting in the panel under the right door. I then installed the lower panel on the right seat. I re-installed the right seat track.
I installed the fuel drains, along with the fittings from JD Air.
Renee, Janice, and I started testing the fuel flow.
Five gallons in the left wing, nothing but air. Put another five gallons in and a little fuel started to fuel. Far from perfect.
At this point, Joe Strausbaugh stopped by and he assisted me for awhile.
After putting five gallons in the right tank, turn on the fuel pump. Perfectly flowing fuel!
We tried the left tank several more times, but no improvement in fuel flow.
We then drained the ten gallons out of the left tank. I took the fuel strainer out and it was clean. I ran out of time, but the block is someplace further downstream. I hope I can find some debris in a tube, but it looks like I may have a problem with my Andair Fuel Valve.
