Brief Description:  Left Comm Antenna Access Plate and Left Seat Rail

Fabricated an access plate and cut the hole for the left side comm antenna. Pulled the RG-400 through the left conduit.

Also finished adjusting the couple screw holes on the seat rails that weren't aligned.
