Brad assisted me with one more session on fitting the right door. We were able to get the door properly fitted today. We also finished the installation of planearound.com's safety latch and iflyrv10.com door pins. I still have to adjust the door pins a little, since they currently bind a bit. I trimmed the fiberglass away from the cabin cover so that the door pin guides set directly against the aluminum bulkhead.
