We trimmed the right door multiple times to what we thought was a perfect fit. We removed the mounting tabs when things looked good.
With the door properly trimmed, we soon discovered I needed to trim the rain gutter more aggresively for the McMaster-Carr door seals. So, I proceeded to trim the right rain gutter.
We then placed some seal material around the door. The door stills very proud now, especially on the top.
Time to take a break and re-group. I'll need to read up more on other folk's experiences.
