Janice sanded the cowl inlet ramps and then we ensured that the cowl still fit. It's the first time its been back on the aircraft since last wnter. The good news is all the fiberglass work is just fine. We had a problem with the after hinge pins. We couldn't get them inserted all the way. I ended up beinging a pin, so I'll have to order some replacement rod and remake them.
I then started to work on installing all the milspec connectors into the lower cowl. I drilled a 5/8" hole into each location on the cowl and started to proceed to rivet the milspec receptacles into place. After a couple errors, I decided to call it quits for the day.
