Brief Description:  Wheel Pants #13

I marked and enlarged the wheel openings on the wheel pants for a 3/4" clearance around the tires on the ground.

I marked the lines to split the wheel pant fairing. After talking with Geoff Combs, I decided I need to move the lines. It was getting too late, so I decided to finish that task tomorrow when I'm fresh.
