Using a 6-32 die, I threaded the four rods for the lower baffles. After threading the rods, I installed them on the baffles.
Another catch the Mike Cencula made when in was in town was that I didn't completely tighten a screw holding the right side of the baffles to the engine block. I resolved that issue and tighten the screw.
I also applied some additional firewall sealant on the stainless steel heat shield preotecting the firewall pass throughs.
