Final-Drill #30 the hole common between the fwd right air ramp, clip and stiffener. Final-Drill #30 the forward row of holes common between the stiffener and the fwd right air ramp. Match-Drill #30 the aft two holes in the stiffener into the fwd right air ramp.
Cleco the CB-l010C Right Air Dam to the upper flange ofthe CB-l010B Stiffener. Final-Drill #30 the holes common between these parts.
Cleco the CB-l0l0D Fwd Right Support Brackets upper flange to the CB-l0l0A Fwd Right Air Ramp and CB-l0l0B Stiffener. Final-Drill #30 the three holess. Match-Drill #30 the two holes in the fwd right support brackets.
Machine countersink the three holes in the CB-l0l0B Stiffener that are used to attach the CB-l0l0C Right Air Dam.
Rivet the CB-l0l0C Right Air Dam to the CB-l0l0B Stiffener. Rivet the CB-l0l0D Fwd Right Support Bracket, CB-l0l0G Clip and Ihe Stiffener-Air Dam Assembly 10 the CB-l0l0A Fwd Right Air Ramp.
FF2-11, Steps 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, & 7
Remove the hatched areas and draw a bend line on the CB-1002A Fwd Left Air Ramp
Bend the CB-1002A Fwd Left Air Ramp down along the existing bend line to create a 30° angle between the fwd left air ramp face and the upper face. Bend the fwd left air ramp up 16°.
Trim the inboard end of the CB-1002B Stiffener per the dimension given.
Cleco the CB-1oo2B Stiffener, CB-1oo2D Fwd Left Support Bracket and CB-1002G Clip to the CB-1 002A Fwd Left Air Ramp. Final-Drill #30 the holes between these parts.
Cleco the CB-1002C Left Air Dam to the upper flange of the CB-1002B Stiffener. Final-Drill #30 the holes between the left air dam and the stiffener.
Machine countersink the three holes in the CB-1002B Stiffener that are used to attach the CB-1002C Left Air Dam.
Rivet the CB-1002C Left Air Dam to the CB-1002B Stiffener. Rivet the CB-1002D Fwd Left Support Bracket, CB-1002G Clip and the Stiffener-Air Dam Assembly to the CB-1002A Fwd Left Air Ramp.
