FF2-5, Steps 1, 2, 3, & 4

Make the forward face of the CB-l0058 Oil Cooler Brace flush with the forward face of the CB-l006A Left Aft Case Baffle. Match-Drill #30 the hole in the left aft case baffle common to the oil cooler brace. Cleco this hole.

Trace the ouUine of the CB-l00SB Oil Cooler Brace flanges onto the other parts in the Cylinder 6 Baffle Assembly. Remove the oil cooler brace. Relative to the trace lines, mark the approximate location of the holes labeled "DRILL #30" and "DRILL #40"; maintain minimum edge distance.

Drill #30 and #40 the holes layed out. Install the CB-l00SB Oil Cooler 8race. Match-Drill the holes just drilled into the oil cooler brace.

Remove the CB-l00SB Oil Cooler Brace from the Cylinder 6 Baffle Assembly. Deburr the holes in both the cylinder 6 baffle assembly and the oil cooler brace. Deburr the edges of the oil cooler brace. Cleco the oil cooler brace onto the cylinder 6 baffle assembly.

FF2-6, Steps 1, 2, 3, & 4

Cleco the CB-1007B Aft Right Support Bracket to the CB-1007A Right Aft Case Baffle. Final-Drill #30 the holes common between these parts.

Cleco the CB-1008A Cylinder 5 Baffle to the CB-1007 A Right Aft Case Baffle. Final-Drill #30 the
holes common between these parts.

Cleco the CB-1003C Doubler Plates and CB-1008B Stiffener to the CB-100BA Cylinder 5 Baffle
as shown in Figure 2. Final-Drill #30 the holes common between the stiffener and the cylinder 5 baffle. Final-Drill #40 the rivet holes common between the doubler plates and the cylinder 5 baffle.

Drill the two #12 holes. Drill two #30 pilot holes between the #12 holes. Enlarge the
#30 pilot holes to 3/4 dia. using a Unibit.
