I sanded and touched up the runs for the third time. Still not perfect, but acceptable. Most of the remaining paint issues will eventually be hidden. I also finished painting the various brake parts.
38-3, Steps 3, 4, & 5
Attach the BRAKE MAST CYL RIGHT-1 Right Brake Master Cylinder to the WD-1 006-R Rudder Pedal Right and the right Brake Pedal. Repeat Steps to install the remaining left and right Brake Pedal Subassemblies. The left brake pedal subassembly installation is a mirror of the right.
Install an Elbow from Bonaco into the lower ports on both brake master cylinders on the pilot side of the aircraft. Note the clocking of the elbows in Page 38-6, Figure 1 which routes the F-8105 Brake Hoses between the upper ports of the brake master cylinders and away from the brake pedal area.
Refer again to the isometric view on Page 38-1 and Page 38-6, Figure 1 and install the Elbows from Bonaco in the six remaining ports on both the pilot and co-pilot brake master cylinders. Again note the clocking of the lower elbows on the co-pilot side of the aircraft.
