Brad assisted me with trimming the cabin cover again this afternoon. It took us another five to six iterations to get everything to fit. We definitely trimmed way past the scribe lines around the door. We basically sanded the outside door frame even. The plan calls for a small flange or lip, but the cabin cover wouldn't fit with those in place. Several places are extremely thin and a few places will have to be patched later.
We are finished fitting the cabin cover to the fuselage.
