35-2, Steps 2 & 3
Final-Drill #19 the screw holes and Final-Drill #40 the corresponding nutplate attach holes in the bottom face of the F-1016C-L Floor Pan. Final-Drill #30 the remaining holes in the bottom face of the floor pan.
Deburr the holes and edges of the floor pan and the holes drilled in the under structure in Step 2. Dimple all the rivet holes in the bottom face of the floor pan. Dimple the screw holes in the bottom face of the floor pan for the head of an #8 screw (flush face on top side).
35-3, Steps 3, 4, 5, & 6
Cleco the F-1034F Seat Back Brace Closeout to the F-1034B Seat Back Brace. Final-Drill #30 the holes common between these two parts. Un-cleco, then deburr the holes and edges in the seat back brace closeout and the holes in the seat back brace. Scuffed, cleaned, and primed the Seat Back Brace.
Cleco then rivet the F-1034F Seat Back Brace Closeout to the F-1034B Seat Back Brace.
Final-Drill #19 all the screw holes in the F-10S1E Rear Seat Tunnel Cover and F-1051F Baggage Tunnel Cover. Deburr the holes and edges in these covers.
Dimple the four screw holes along the forward edge of the F-1051E Rear Seat Tunnel Cover for a #8 screw. Dimple all the screw holes in the F-1051 F Baggage Tunnel Cover for the head of an #8 screw except the two holes along the forward edge and the two holes in the aft flange.
35-5, Steps 1 & 2
Cleco the F-1051C Aft Fuselage Tunnel Cover and F-1051G Splice Plate together.
Final-Drill #40 the holes common between the parts deeoed together in Step 1 and both sets of nutplate attach holes along the forward edge of the F-1 051 G Splice Plate. Final-Drill #19 the both screw holes along the forward edge oflhe splice plate. Final-Drill #19 all the screw holes along the side and aft flanges of the F-1 051C Aft Fuselage Tunnel Cover.
