29-19, Steps 6, 7, 8, & 9
Rivet the F-1096 Vent Doubler to the F-1 070-L Middle Side Skin leaving open the four holes that attach the F-1086A and F-1086B Vent Brackets. Rivet the vent brackets using these four holes. Repeat this step for the right side of the aircraft. Rivet the F-1 087A Vent Slide, F-10878 Vent Slide, F-1092 Vent Door Doubler and F-1093 Vent Door together. Repeat this step to create a second vent door subassembly.
Final-Drill #12 four 5610-18-31 Nylon Washers.
Insert the Vent Door Subassembly. Install the hardware through the F-1086A and B Vent Brackets and the slot in the vent door subassembly (place a 5610-18-31 Nylon Washer on either side of the vent door subassembly). Repeat this step for the right side of the aircraft.
29-19 Completed per plans.
30-2, Steps 2, 3, & 4
Deburr the edge of the WD-1007-L Step.
Insert the round portion of the WD-1007-L Step into the WD-1008-L Step Mounting Bracket then slip the F-1038 Support Block over the end of the tube. Slide the support block inboard and rotate as required to flush the support block against the web of the F-1020-L Middle Baggage Rib.
Cleco the forward portion of the F-l022A-L Baggage Floor to the fuselage. To keep the free end the baggage floor out of the way deco the aft flange to the holes along the lower edge of the F-1034B Seat Back Brace.
