29-16, Steps 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, & 10
Rivet the upper flange of the F-1040 Upper Fuselage Channels to the F-1 001 B Firewall Upper Angle and WD-1002 Upper Firewall Brackets. Rivet the lower flange of the upper fuselage channels to the upper firewall brackets. Rivet both the upper and lower flanges of the F-1041 lower Fuselage Channels to the WD-1 003 lower Firewall Brackets. There were three rivets that took me at least a hour to complete. I'm glad I'm past these now.
Slip the F-1013 Forward Fuselage longerons into place, then c1eco them to the F-1001J Longeron Gussets. Rivet the forward fuselage longerons to the longeron gussets.
Rivet the F-1042E Gussets to the F-1042 Bulkhead Side Channels and F-1040 Upper Fuselage Channels.
Rivet the lower tab on the F-1002 Forward Fuselage Bulkheads to the upper flange of the F-1041lower Fuselage Channels.
Rivet the F-1023-L Baggage Floor Angle and the F-10100A and F-10101 Baggage Door Shims to the F-1070-L Middle Side Skin. Rivet the F-1023-R Baggage Floor Angle to the F-1070-R Middle Side Skin.
Cleco the F-1069-L and -R Forward Side Skins, F-1042B and C Clips, F-1015F Spacers, F-1070 Middle Side Skins to the fuselage assembly understructure. I got the left middle fuselage skin cleco’d.
