29-12, Steps 1, 2, 3, 4, & 5
Cleco the F-10428 Clip 10 the F-l042-L Bulkhead Side Channel. Mark the location of the forward edge of the bulkhead side channel flange onto the clip. Remove the clip from the bulkhead side channel. Using the mark as a bend line, clamp the clip in padded vice jaws, then bend the clip to match the dimensions given in Figure 1. Mark F-1042B-L Bend F-1042B-R Clip, a mirror of the F-1 042B-L Clip for the other side of the aircraft.
Break the F-1042E into a F-1042E-L Gusset and F-1042E-R Gusset. Debur the edges on both parts
Cleco the F-105O-L and -R Forward Cabin Floor Panels to the understructure. Cleco the F-1002-L and -R Forward Fuselage Bulkheads, F-1040-L and -R Upper Fuse Channels, F-1041-L and -R lower Fuse Channels, F-1042B-l and -R Clips, F-1042C Clips, F-1042E-L and -R Gussets and F-1088-L and -R Forward Fuselage Ribs to the forward fuselage understructure.
Adjust the flange angles along the sides of the F-1001A Firewall Bulkhead using a straight edge placed against the F-1013-L and -R Forward Fuselage longerons, F-104O-L and -R Upper Fuselage Channels and F-1041-L and -R lower Fuselage Channels as a guide.
Remove the F-1041-L and -R lower Fuse Channels and cleco them to the F-1042B-L and -R Clips and the F-1069-L and -R Forward Side Skins. Cleco the forward side skins to the understructure. Be sure that the clips are on the inside of the F-1042 Bulkhead Side Channels
