28-14, Steps 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, & 11
Rivet the bottom flange of the Aft Center Section Bulkhead Assembly to the F-1076 Center Bottom Skin and F-1072 Forward Fuselage Bottom Skin.
Rivet the open holes in the aft ends of the F-1048 Forward Fuselage Ribs and F-1084A-L & R Systems Brackets to the F-1072 Forward Fuselage Bottom Skin..
Rivet the bottom flange of the Forward Center Section Bulkhead Assembly 10 the F-1076 Center Bottom Skin and F-1072 Forward Fuselage Bottom Skin. I completed about 60% of this step. I’ll need Brad’s assistance to complete. Brad will stop by on Tuesday.
Cleco the F-1004K-L & R Center Section Side Plates 10 the Forward and Aft Center Section Bulkhead Assemblies. Cleco the center section side plates to the F-1072 Forward Fuselage Bottom Skin.
Blind rivet the F-1043A-R Forward Fuselage Bulkhead, forward flange of the F-1004K-R Center Section Side Plate, and F-1042-R Bulkhead Side Channel.
Cleco the F-1042-L & R Bulkhead Side Channels to the F-1004K-L & R Center Section Side Plates and F-1043A-L & R Forward Fuselage Bulkheads.
Bolt the F-1043B-L & R Forward Fuselage Bulkheads to the F-1043C-L & R Attach Angles, Inboard Forward Seat Rail Supports, Outboard Forward Seat Rail Supports, and F-1 042-L & R Bulkhead Side Channels.
Bolt the F-1033-L Control Column Mount to the F-1043A-L and F-1043B-L Forward Fuselage Bulkheads. Bolt the F-1033-R Control Column Mount to the F-1043A-R and F-1043B-R Forward Fuselage Bulkheads.
Rivet the bottom flange of the F-1004K-L & R Center Section Side Plates to the F-1072 Forward Fuse Bottom Skin. I only did the left side and will get the right side in the morning.
Blind rivet the F-1 043A•L Forward Fuselage Bulkhead, forward flange of the F-1004K-L Center Section Side Plate, and F-1042-L Bulkhead Side Channel.
Rivet the F-1043A-L Forward Fuselage Bulkhead, forward flange of the F-1004K-L Center Section Side Plate, F-1042-L Bulkhead Side Channel, and the aft tab of the F-1049C-L Forward Fuselage Floor Rib Rivet
