Brief Description: Rivet seat supports and bulkhead side channels

28-3, Steps 5, 6, 7, & 8 Rivet nutplates on the attach angles. Assemble the left and right outboard seat rail supports and rivet them together. Rivet nutplates on the seat rail supports. Assemble and rivet both inboard forward seat rail supports. Rivet nutplates and the spacer to both the bulkhead side channels. 28-3 completed per plans.
