Brief Description: Remove Cabin Cover and Start Motor Mount Install
I started the day by taking off both sets of door struts and doors, and then I proceeded to remove the cabin cover. This is in prepartion to install the carbin fiber overhead console later this week. I also spent quite a bit of time cleaning the fuselage from all the fiberglass dust that has accumolated over the last several months.
I decided to go ahead and rivet the support brackets on the forward fuselage bulkhead. I was tired of the clecos getting in the way.
Last I drilled a 3/8" hole for the top two mounting bolts for the engine mount. Then I test fitted the motor in preparation for mounting later in the week.
