Brief Description: Cut holes in the bulkhead for the overhead console

Secure the top end of the F-1028 Baggage Bulkhead Channel to the F-1006D Bulkhead.
I also cut the holes for the flanges for the scat tubing that will bring air from the rear naca vents to the overhead console. I can't rivet these at the moment because they would prevent access to the shop side of the rivets for the top skin. These will be mounted after the top skin is installed.
