It turns out that the video problem that I had last night was due to removing the SD card while the screen was on. Apparently the 4500 is very sensitive to this situation. Thanks to Ken Chard at AFS, who responded to my call late night on Thursday, reading the log dumps, and providing me the resolution. I'm glad it was an user induced problem and not something major.
I configure the right 4500 and upgrading the 3500.
