18-2, Step 6, Cleco the tank ribs into both the right and left tank skins
18-3, Steps 1-4, Insert the j-channel stiffner and match drill for both the right and left tanks. Cleco tank attach bracket to the tank skin. Attach the fuel cap flange onto the skins, ensuring the hole is aligned, then match drill.
Brad assisted me with these steps. I was unable to cleo the tank ribs to the skins without a second set of hands. Even then, we had several "opportunities" to overcome.
