On the recommendation of Rick Gray, I decided to try Duplicolor Self Etching primer to finish the wings, since it would be at least a week before I can get AKSO from Aircraft Spruce. I went through five spray cans. Other than it taking 2-3 coats to cover, it appears to work well. I haven't figured out the cost ratio of spray cans versus AKZO and alondine. I guess the win/win is if I can find the Duplicolor Self Etching primer in a gallon can.
I finished priming the wing parts and touched up a few parts that I didn't quite get right yesterday.
Then I spent a good deal of time cleaning the garage and putting things away. I put the wing stand back down on the other half of the garage. I also cleaned the garage floor with the shop vac. It really needed it.
