Cleco the VA-146 flnage bearing in between the W1029A and W1029B torque tube support brackets. Clamp the WW1029C angle flush against the torque tub support bracket. Match drill all the holes
Cleco the W1025B flap hinge and W1025A flap hinge bracket ot eh W1011 inboard wing rib. Match drill all holes.
