Brad assisted me today. I broke the #40 dimple die, so we can't finish the wing root fairing until the new one arrives. Hopefully tomorrow......
Brad marked the 1/8" clearance around the spinner. Earlier I applied four layers of fiberglass in the cowl to compensate from having to sand down the front edge a little.
We then started to trim the rudder stop to get the rudder to swing 35 degrees in either direction. Easier said than done, since you have to take the rudder off between tweaking the rudder stop.
I trimmed the right wing tip. I still have to take about another 1/8" off.
