Brief Description: Attaching tailcone top skin

10-23, Steps 1 & 2 Cleco'd the top three stiffners and the top skin to the tailcone. Riveted the top skin to the tailcone. Brad assisted me with the bucking from inside the tailcone. Renee assisted in cleco removal. Renee also helped me sorting all the rivets that we dropped earlier in the week.
