Brief Description:  Attaching tailcone rear deck

10-22, Steps 1-3, Finished riveting the rear deck to the longerons. Termporarily bolted the attachment bar support angle and the rudder stop.

Started to rivet the static ports, but hosed up the first rivet, so I called it a night.
