10-20 I'm deviating from the plans. The plans call for assembling the entire tailcone with clecos, then proceed with standard riveting with the various steps in the plans. I've decided to follow the recommendation of several other builders and attempt to back rivet as much as I can.
I've back riveted the bottom skin.
I've cleco'd the right skin, the longerons, and the j-channel stiffners. I've cleco'd from the inside, so that I can use the back rivet plate on a portion of the holes, with out having to take out all the clecos. This seemed to work well on the bottom skins.
Hopefullty I can get started on the right skin tomorrow after work.
