Bolt the elevators to the horizontal stabilizer. They should swing freely with no resistance
Janice assisted me in hanging the elevators.
I'm not sure how to run the elevator trim cables that aren't for a couple more pages, since I can barely get my hand underneath the vertical stabilizer.
