Brief Description:  More match drilling and dimpling

Completed steps 1 through 4.

I may have a problem with the VS-1014 doublers. the last hole is too close to the end. I have sent off an email to the Matronics List and Vans for feedback. I think my options are to leave it as it, but that may crack down the road since the hole is too close to the edge. Option two would be to trim the part shorter past the hole by about a 1/4 inch. Option three would be to start over with a new part. This doesn't appear to help, since the length of these pieces are the same as the came from Vans. Option 2 makes the most sense to me.

It appears that I was just suppose to counter sink VS-1003 and not VS-1014. I'll be calling Van's this morning to see what the appropriate action needs to be.

Talked with Gus at Van's this morning. He basically said, don't worry. The extra dimples on the VS-1003 doesn't effect strengh of the part and that the VS-1014 was more than thick enough to counter sink. He didn't think the holes being at the edge of the VS-1014 were an issue, although he added that if I was concerned, he would just add a doubler.

Bruce Reynolds at Van's gave conflicting direction and is shipping new parts at no cost.
