I completed working on the door hinge covers from Don McDonald. I dimpled the covers, drilled and counter sunk the hinge. I also had to trim a bit off the covers too. Don had them going all the way out past the edge to the rain gutter. They didn't fit well that way, so I trimmed them back to the hinge, avoiding contact with the bottom hinge.
I also started sanding the left door with the orbital to knock off all the high areas. Need to finish sanding in another session with a sanding block.
The helicoil kit came in the mail today from Michael Saussen. I may attempt to tackle that job tomorrow evening.
