I started the day work on the left door. I had to re-countersink several of the screw holes. I then installed the three fiberglass inserts with micro to cover the delrin door pin guides and the hole I cut for the door lock.
Later Janice and I coated the interior of both doors with micro to fill all the craters and pinholes on the door.
Janice sanded the door posts of the cabin cover, while I did the rest of the cabin cover with the orbital sander. The first pass was with 320 grit and the second was with 400.
During our lunch break, I re-painted the nose wheel pant mounting bracket with AKZO.
