Final-Drill #40 , deburr and dimple the nutplate rivet holes and the nutplates. Final-Drill #19, deburr and dimple the 3/32 center screw holes to receive the F-1099B Lower Wing Root Fairing dimpled for an AN509-8R8 screw. I primed the parts.
